This policy explains what information AUX Battle ("we", "us") collects when you use auxbattle.net and the AUX Battle apps, and how it is used.

Information you give us

• Display names you type when you join a room. Game rooms are live and are not saved after they close.
• Profiles (optional): a display name, a generated tag, an optional profile photo, your theme choices, game stats, achievements and leaderboard points. Profile content must be safe for work; photos can be reported and removed.
• Sign in with Google or Apple (optional): we receive a basic account identifier so you can sign back in. We do not receive your password.
• Purchases: AUX Pro and Vibe Packs are paid through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Information collected automatically

• Cookies on this site remember your settings, your profile sign-in and AUX Pro on your browser. They are needed for the game to work.
• Server logs such as IP address and request times, used to keep the service running and to prevent abuse (for example, rate limits).

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Where the law requires it, such as in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Music playback

Songs play through the YouTube embedded player, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Song links may open Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music, which have their own policies.

How we use information

To run games, show profiles and leaderboards, process purchases, keep the service safe, and show ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

AUX Battle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created a profile, email wadehchb@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can play without a profile. You can edit your profile at any time, sign out on any device, and request deletion of your profile and its data by emailing wadehchb@gmail.com.
